Hi Guys! I’m Dani! I currently work for Preemadonna as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. I was first introduced to Pree and Preemadonna through Jesse Draper, the founder of Halogen Ventures and one of Preemadonna’s investors and biggest champions. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, but I have called the state of California home for the past seven years. I moved to Los Angeles in 2014 and just recently moved down to sunny San Diego to work full time for Preemadonna.
When I am not working, I love to explore surrounding cities, hike out in nature and chase every sunset. I am always down for a spontaneous road trip if I get to see a new place and play my music loud enough to sing along. I often find myself in home decor stores crafting new ways I can redesign my apartment. As the saying goes…you can never have too many throw pillows, am I right?? I love watching music videos and seeing the story played out behind the song.
Preemadonna inspires me to express myself and my creativity by thinking outside of the box. I love how Preemadonna fuses beauty, technology, and creativity together into the same experience. My role in the company started off as a contract position where I held the title of Operations & Logistics Coordinator and helped Preemadonna ship out our first sold-out drop of Nailbots to our crowdfunding backers and investors. My role has transitioned to a full-time position where I get to dip my toes into multiple areas of the company including operations, logistics, marketing, and assisting our CEO Pree in any and everything.
Working at Preemadonna has pushed me to discover the work and dedication it takes to start a company and I am thankful to work alongside an amazing group of women. I am especially grateful to work under Pree who is paving the way for future girls interested STEAM, technology, beauty, creativity, and have a dream to start their own company. The best is yet to come!
